ONE STEP AT A TIME
Dennis Eagle, a United Kingdom–based manufacturer and part of the Terberg Environmental Group, has been producing specialist refuse collection vehicles (RCVs) since its origins in the early 20th century, operating from its Warwick and Blackpool facilities. It manufactures over 1,000 RCVs annually, serving as the market leader in the UK and exporting globally—including to Australia and New Zealand—through partnerships like Penske Australia & New Zealand. Its vehicles are designed exclusively for waste and recycling operations, providing purpose-built chassis, bodies, and bin-lifts engineered for durability, operational efficiency, and longevity.
Dennis Eagle’s Australian lineup centres on two chassis: the Elite 2 (Euro 5 compliant) and the more recent Elite 6 (Euro 6), each extensively tailored for local conditions and municipal waste requirements. They emphasise safety through features such as a low-entry, walk-through cab, one-step access, full-width flat floor, and expansive glazing for class-leading visibility, supported by robust grab handles and mirror packages. In 2025 Dennis Eagle also launched the Olympus Midi, a compact 12–16 tonne RCV with enhanced manoeuvrability for narrow urban environments, offering payload capacities from 9.8 m to 11.8 m.
